Upgrade Claude seats — Simão & Maxime
Both repeatedly hitting limits; Urvesh flagged unblocking them now to see the full usage spectrum before setting org limits.

Agent-Maintained Sales Wiki

Prove an agent-maintained wiki can replace manual knowledge upkeep for the sales team and produce cited, trusted outputs faster than the manual workflow — with a go/no-go decision at the gate.

Timeline
W1Apr 27–May 1 · drive_sync.py syncs 13 seed files; chunking landed
W2May 4–8 · 8 wiki pages reviewed & signed off (conf ≥ 0.75)
W3May 11–15 · /proposal + @wiki live in Slack; review bot up
W4May 18–22 · Pilot — 3 AEs, 5 live proposals, first digest
May 25 · GO / NO-GO decision gate
Success Criteria
  • 3 AEs save ≥ 30 min per proposal vs. manual
  • Zero fabricated claims flagged in pilot review
  • Wiki maintained with no manual edits — every change is an agent PR
  • Every proposal cites specific source paths — no "trust me"
Open Decisions (were W1 blockers)
  • Named reviewer for the 8 wiki pages
  • Pricing-sheet schema locked with sales-lead
  • Drive folder seeded + service account as Viewer

Claude Team Rollout

You're driving the org-wide Claude Team pilot: collecting real workflows, surfacing limitations, and shaping usage guidelines. Two channels you own anchor it — one for practical Claude usage, one for the agents/automations that do real work. Friday "Claude foundations" sessions run live.
